{"id":14228,"date":"2020-12-23T19:30:44","date_gmt":"2020-12-24T01:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3093"},"modified":"2020-12-23T19:30:44","modified_gmt":"2020-12-24T01:30:44","slug":"vinculados-a-proceso-probables-responsables-de-violencia-politica-contra-regidores-de-santa-maria-teopoxco-fiscalia-general","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/vinculados-a-proceso-probables-responsables-de-violencia-politica-contra-regidores-de-santa-maria-teopoxco-fiscalia-general","title":{"rendered":"Vinculados a proceso probables responsables de violencia pol\u00edtica contra regidores de Santa Mar\u00eda Teopoxco: Fiscal\u00eda General"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 23 de diciembre de 2020.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso a tres masculinos imputados por el delito de violencia pol\u00edtica cometido contra dos regidores de Santa Mar\u00eda Teopoxco, ocurrido en noviembre de 2019, en esa localidad de la regi\u00f3n Ca\u00f1ada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con las carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n 40952\/FEDE\/FEDE\/2019 y 40957\/FEDE\/FEDE\/2019, el 22 de noviembre de 2019, las v\u00edctimas Y. M. G., y L. O. M., -ambos regidores del municipio de Santa Mar\u00eda Teopoxco- fueron agredidos por los imputados A.P.R, I.E.V., y A.C.E., quienes los obligaron a renunciar a sus cargos como regidores ante pobladores que fueron reunidos en la explanada municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos y ante la denuncia presentada por los agraviados, la Instituci\u00f3n inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, presentando ante la justicia a los imputados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez de Control en Turno del Distrito Judicial de Cuicatl\u00e1n les dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, concediendo 2 meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n e imponi\u00e9ndoles la medida cautelar prevista en el Art\u00edculo 155 Fracci\u00f3n VIII del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General reitera su compromiso de garantizar el ejercicio de los derechos pol\u00edticos de mujeres y hombres, fomentando la igualad y el pleno respeto de sus garant\u00edas individuales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14228","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14228","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14228"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14228"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14228"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14228"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
