J. o B. J. R., quien cometi\u00f3 delito de violaci\u00f3n contra su propia hija de 9 a\u00f1os, en Asunci\u00f3n Ocotl\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax. 22 de diciembre de 2020.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), obtuvo sentencia\u00a0condenatoria de m\u00e1s 22 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n\u00a0contra B. J. o B. J. R., responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada contra su propia hija de 9 a\u00f1os, cometido en el a\u00f1o 2010, en la poblaci\u00f3n de Asunci\u00f3n Ocotl\u00e1n, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 68\/FVCE\/OCOTLAN\/2019, el 11 de julio de 2010, el imputado agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraba en el interior de su domicilio ubicado en la referida localidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos, el Ministerio P\u00fablico inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente y llev\u00f3 a audiencia al imputado ante el Juez de Control, quien determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia de procedimiento abreviado, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria contra B. J. o B. J.
