V. A. R., probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual en agravio de una adolescente de 12 a\u00f1os, cometido en septiembre de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Pedro Pochutla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El imputado fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el 25 de noviembre de 2020 y presentado de manera inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n 257\/2020 girada en su contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el 6 de septiembre de 2020, aproximadamente a las 10:00 horas, cuando el imputado abus\u00f3 sexualmente de la v\u00edctima en la localidad de El Colorado, perteneciente al municipio de San Pedro Pochutla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, identificando, aprehendiendo y presentando al probable responsable ante el Juez de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra E. V. A.
