P. L., como probable responsable del delito de tentativa de feminicidio agravado en contra de su concubina, cometido en julio de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Pinotepa Nacional, regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 22409\/FCOS\/PINOTEPA\/2020, el 23 de julio de 2020, el imputado agredi\u00f3 con un objeto corto contundente (machete) a la v\u00edctima, atentando contra su vida por las heridas infringidas, cuando se encontraba en su domicilio particular, ubicado en la comunidad de Lo de Mej\u00eda, Pinotepa Nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable agresor, quien fue detenido el pasado 10 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a A. P.
