S. E. o R. S. E., imponi\u00e9ndole prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorgando cuatro meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 10 de noviembre de 2020.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), logr\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra R. S. E. o R. S. E., se\u00f1alado como probable autor material del homicidio de T. J. M. P., -integrante del Frente Popular Revolucionario-, cometido en agosto de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de \u00c1nimas Trujano, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el imputado fue cumplimentada por la Fiscal\u00eda General el pasado 5 de noviembre, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Andr\u00e9s Huay\u00e1pam, siendo de inmediato presentado ante la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 25943\/FDAI\/UEIH\/2020, el 24 de agosto de 2020, alrededor de las 18:10 horas, el imputado agredi\u00f3 con disparos de arma de fuego a T. J. M. P., caus\u00e1ndole la muerte e hiriendo al masculino R. G., en el interior de un negocio ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos, la FGEO inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto-, logrando aprehender y presentar al probable responsable ante el Juez de Control, quien tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados le dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando cuatro meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con este resultado, la Instituci\u00f3n refrenda su compromiso con la justicia en el combate a la impunidad, promoviendo sanciones ejemplares contra quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14184","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14184","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14184"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14184"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14184"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14184"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
