{"id":14181,"date":"2020-11-06T20:45:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-07T02:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3034"},"modified":"2020-11-06T20:45:40","modified_gmt":"2020-11-07T02:45:40","slug":"la-fgeo-aprehende-y-lleva-ante-juez-a-probable-responsable-del-homicidio-de-integrante-del-fpr","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/la-fgeo-aprehende-y-lleva-ante-juez-a-probable-responsable-del-homicidio-de-integrante-del-fpr","title":{"rendered":"La FGEO aprehende y lleva ante Juez a probable responsable del homicidio de integrante del FPR"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva que permiti\u00f3 obtener y ejecutar orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca llev\u00f3 al imputado a audiencia ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 6 de noviembre de 2020.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), llev\u00f3 a audiencia y obtuvo del Juzgado de Control, prisi\u00f3n preventiva provisional contra R. S. E. o R. S. E., se\u00f1alado como probable autor material del homicidio de T. J. M. P., -integrante del Frente Popular Revolucionario-, cometido en agosto de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de \u00c1nimas Trujano, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el imputado fue cumplimentada por la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia el pasado 5 de noviembre, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Andr\u00e9s Huay\u00e1pam, siendo de inmediato presentado ante la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 25943\/FDAI\/UEIH\/2020, el 24 de agosto de 2020, alrededor de las 18:10 horas, el imputado agredi\u00f3 con disparos de arma de fuego a T. J. M. P., caus\u00e1ndole la muerte e hiriendo al masculino R. G., en el interior de un negocio ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al probable responsable ante el Juez de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado solicit\u00f3 acogerse al plazo de constitucional, el cual vence el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de noviembre, permaneciendo en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda su compromiso de llevar ante la justicia a quienes cometen estos delitos y atentan contra la paz de las familias oaxaque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14181","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14181","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14181"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14181"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14181"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14181"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
