Z. F., probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de una mujer identifcada como A. D. L. R., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Mat\u00edas Romero Avenda\u00f1o, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable responsable fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n en el tramo Ixtepec-Juchit\u00e1n, siendo presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n asentada en la causa penal 316\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el pasado 27 de octubre -alrededor de las 10:34 horas- cuando el imputado y otro sujeto agredieron con disparos de arma de fuego a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraban en el interior del bar \u201cEl Eden\u201d, en la agencia municipal de Palomares, Mat\u00edas Romero Avenda\u00f1o, priv\u00e1ndola de la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las diligencias correspondientes \u2013a trav\u00e9s de Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el 1 de noviembre de 2020, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La defensa de las mujeres oaxaque\u00f1as resulta prioritaria para la Fiscal\u00eda General, presentando ante la justicia y aplicando la Ley sin distingo a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14174","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14174","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14174"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14174"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14174"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14174"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
