M. S. S. y R. L. C., detenidos el pasado 29 de octubre, tras un cateo realizado en un domicilio particular ubicado en Santa Mar\u00eda Huamelula, donde tambi\u00e9n se aseguraron drogas y dinero en efectivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El operativo fue ejecutado por la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia, a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones en una vivienda ubicada en la colonia Cantarranas del referido municipio, dando cumplimiento a la orden de cateo asentada en el cuadernillo de antecedentes 26\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Esta incursi\u00f3n policial se deriv\u00f3 de una denuncia an\u00f3nima por delitos contra la salud en su modalidad de narcomenudeo, por lo cual se realiz\u00f3 dicho operativo, asegurando diversos envoltorios que conten\u00edan droga con caracter\u00edstica de la marihuana y dinero efectivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, los imputados se acogieron al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el 4 de noviembre de 2020, quedando en prisi\u00f3n preventiva provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General reitera en los hechos su compromiso de llevar ante la justicia a quien vulnere la paz de las familias oaxaque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14173","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14173","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14173"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14173"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14173"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14173"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
