M. Q., fue detenido y puesto a disposici\u00f3n del juez respectivo e internado en  el reclusorio regional de Miahuatl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, puso a disposici\u00f3n de un juez a I. M. Q., como probable responsable del delito de secuestro agravado cometido en agravio de  L. C. G.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron en octubre de 2010,  cuando el imputado en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otras personas secuestraron a la v\u00edctima en el Centro de Oaxaca; d\u00edas despu\u00e9s exig\u00ederon una suma econ\u00f3mica para liberarlo.<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda 08 de Diciembre de 2010 en el paraje denominado \u201cHuam\u00fachil del Surco\u201d, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santa Mar\u00eda El Tule, Oaxaca, fue encontrado el cad\u00e1ver de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>El 17 de mayo I. M.
