A. M. N.,  decret\u00e1ndole como medida cautelar, prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado del trabajo coordinado entre Fiscales, Peritos y elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, logr\u00f3 que un Juez vinculara a proceso a E. A. M. N., como probable responsable del delito de robo espec\u00edfico, cometido en agravio de S. C. N.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron en mayo del a\u00f1o 2018, cuando el imputado se apoder\u00f3 de la motocicleta propiedad de la v\u00edctima, la cual se encontraba estacionada en la colonia Jos\u00e9 Vasconcelos, Oaxaca.<\/p>\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n de E. A. M.
