{"id":13884,"date":"2018-05-17T16:42:30","date_gmt":"2018-05-17T21:42:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=1193"},"modified":"2018-05-17T16:42:30","modified_gmt":"2018-05-17T21:42:30","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-homicida","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-homicida","title":{"rendered":"LOGRA FISCAL\u00cdA GENERAL VINCULAR A PROCESO A HOMICIDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este 16 de mayo fue  vinculado a proceso Carlos No\u00e9 V.N., a quien se le impuso, como medida cautelar, la prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado del trabajo coordinado entre Fiscales, Peritos y elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, logr\u00f3 que un juez vinculara a proceso a Carlos No\u00e9 V.N., como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado cometido en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de Audifred A.G.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron el mes de agosto del a\u00f1o 2016, en Pueblo Nuevo, Oaxaca, cuando se registr\u00f3 un enfrentamiento entre integrantes de dos sindicatos de transportistas, teniendo como resultado la muerte de la v\u00edctima y se\u00f1alando como responsable de los hechos al imputado.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 11 de mayo del a\u00f1o en curso, fue detenido Carlos No\u00e9 V.N., y el 16 de mayo del mismo, fue  vinculado a proceso por un juez, quien adem\u00e1s determin\u00f3 como medida cautelar, la prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, comprometida con la sociedad oaxaque\u00f1a, trabaja para garantizar que ning\u00fan hecho quede impune.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":694,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13884","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13884","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13884"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13884"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13884"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13884"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
