E., como probable responsable de los delitos de HOMICIDIO CALIFICADO cometido en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de Mar\u00eda del Pilar F.M. y LESIONES CALIFICADAS en agravio de Mart\u00edn V. A.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos tuvieron lugar el mes de marzo del a\u00f1o 2001,  cuando las v\u00edctimas se encontraban en una finca,  ubicada en el Ejido de Buenos Aires, perteneciente a Acatl\u00e1n de P\u00e9rez Figueroa, y al lugar arrib\u00f3 el imputado quien los agredi\u00f3 con un machete d\u00e1ndole muerte a una persona e hiriendo a la otra, para enseguida darse a la fuga.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, este 15 de mayo del a\u00f1o en curso, fue detenido Juan G.
