M., como probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n cometido en agravio de una ni\u00f1a de 5 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n efectuada por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado logr\u00f3 establecer, mediante estudios periciales, entrevistas y diversas diligencias que la ni\u00f1a hab\u00eda sido violada y la identidad del agresor.<\/p>\n<p>Por estos hechos se judicializ\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n solicitando la correspondiente orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la cual fue ejecutada el d\u00eda de hoy en contra de Humberto E.
