G., Jes\u00fas D. V. y  Gelasio G. E., a la pena de CIENTO CATORCE A\u00d1OS SEIS MESES DE PRISI\u00d3N.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado del trabajo realizado por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, se logr\u00f3 que un juez dictara sentencia condenatoria a AMADO FERNANDO V.  G. (A) \u201cEL MAMADO\u201d JES\u00daS D.  V. (A) \u201cEL CHUCHO\u201d y  GELASIO G. E. (A) EL GELATINOSO O EL GORDO, por los delitos de secuestro y violaci\u00f3n tumultuaria, cometidos en agravio de una ni\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p> Los hechos ocurrieron el veintid\u00f3s de agosto del dos mil doce, en la colonia el Manantial, Pueblo Nuevo, Oaxaca, cuando los inculpados secuestraron a la v\u00edctima con la intenci\u00f3n de obtener un rescate en dinero y la violaron de manera tumultuaria, liber\u00e1ndola d\u00edas despu\u00e9s tras obtener el dinero producto del rescate.<\/p>\n<p>Este 04 de mayo del a\u00f1o 2018, el juez resolvi\u00f3 condenar a AMADO FERNANDO V. G., JES\u00daS D. V. y GELASIO G.
