La Fiscal\u00eda General, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda Federal Preventiva, detuvieron a TOM\u00c1S A. E., en cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n como probable responsable en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de HOMICIDIO CALIFICADO cometido en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de MELQUIADES M. J. y LESIONES DOLOSAS en agravio de JORGE ERICK M. P.<\/p>\n
Los hechos se registraron el 08 de abril del a\u00f1o 2018, aproximadamente a las 14:55 horas, cuando las v\u00edctimas se encontraban en el interior de una tienda ubicada en San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec. Al llegar al lugar el imputado realiz\u00f3 diversos disparos de arma de fuego provocando lesiones que pusieron en peligro la vida de JORGE ERICK y a MELQUIADES le ocasion\u00f3 la muerte. <\/p>\n
Ayer en la ciudad de Fort\u00edn de las Flores, Veracruz, se logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de TOM\u00c1S A. E., siendo puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control quien le impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva hasta en tanto se resuelva su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n
La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado trabaja para garantizar que ning\u00fan hecho quede impune.<\/p>\n
