R., como probable responsable en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de EQUIPARADO A LA VIOLACI\u00d3N AGRAVADA,  cometido en agravio de una ni\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron el 29 de abril del a\u00f1os 2015 en la comunidad de Mata de Ca\u00f1a Tuxtepec, Oaxaca;  donde el imputado cometi\u00f3 el hecho por el que se le se\u00f1ala.<\/p>\n<p>Octaviano V.
