F., como probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violacion, cometido en agravio de un ni\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s se le decret\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar .<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron el 10 de abril del a\u00f1o en curso, en Tuxtepec, cuando el imputado viol\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de la detenci\u00f3n de Nestor C.
