{"id":13836,"date":"2018-03-29T15:56:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-29T20:56:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=1071"},"modified":"2018-03-29T15:56:59","modified_gmt":"2018-03-29T20:56:59","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-robo-especifico","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-robo-especifico","title":{"rendered":"Logra Fiscal\u00eda General vincular a proceso por el delito de robo espec\u00edfico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de su Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto, logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso a E.G.G., como probable responsable en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de robo espec\u00edfico en agravio de un taxista.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos sucedieron el d\u00eda 25 de marzo de 2018, cuando el imputado abord\u00f3 un taxi del sitio Independencia, pidiendo un servicio al Fraccionamiento Elsa, al llegar el imputado sac\u00f3 un arma de fuego y amag\u00f3 al conductor despoj\u00e1ndolo de sus pertenencias y de la cuenta del d\u00eda para posteriormente huir con el taxi.<\/p>\n<p>Minutos despu\u00e9s fue detenido por la polic\u00eda municipal, para ser puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General.
