{"id":13829,"date":"2018-03-16T15:02:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-16T20:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=1051"},"modified":"2018-03-16T15:02:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-16T20:02:09","slug":"en-salina-cruz-logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-probable-feminicida","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/en-salina-cruz-logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-probable-feminicida","title":{"rendered":"En Salina Cruz, logra Fiscal\u00eda General vincular a proceso a probable feminicida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gracias al trabajo ministerial, pericial y de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de su Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso a A.O.G.L., como probable responsable en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de feminicidio, dentro de la causa penal 120\/2018.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos sucedieron en Salina Cruz, Oaxaca, el d\u00eda 7 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o, cuando en el domicilio de la v\u00edctima, ubicado en la colonia Petrolera, la imputada discuti\u00f3 con la occisa, motivo por el cual le provoc\u00f3 heridas mortales.<\/p>\n<p>El 9 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o, se cit\u00f3 por comparecencia a la imputada en donde en entrevista y posterior declaraci\u00f3n confes\u00f3 el crimen; la defensa solicit\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional por lo cual se realiz\u00f3 la audiencia el 15 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p>Por petici\u00f3n de la Representaci\u00f3n Social, el Juez dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de feminicidio, asimismo impuso prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorg\u00f3 4 meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General trabaja para combatir la impunidad en los delitos que afectan a las mujeres oaxaque\u00f1as. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":694,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13829","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13829","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13829"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13829"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13829"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13829"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
