{"id":13819,"date":"2018-02-25T15:58:19","date_gmt":"2018-02-25T20:58:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=1028"},"modified":"2018-02-25T15:58:19","modified_gmt":"2018-02-25T20:58:19","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-vinculacion-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-parricidio","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-vinculacion-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-parricidio","title":{"rendered":"Logra Fiscal\u00eda General vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de parricidio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gracias al trabajo ministerial, pericial y de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso dentro de la causa penal 211\/2017, en contra de V.S.V., como probable responsable en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de parricidio. <\/p>\n<p>Los hechos sucedieron en Santiago Amoltepec, Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, en marzo de 2017, cuando presuntamente el imputado le dispar\u00f3 a su madre, provoc\u00e1ndole heridas que ocasionaron que perdiera la vida. <\/p>\n<p>La representaci\u00f3n social al conocer los hechos trabaj\u00f3 en recabar los elementos de prueba necesarios para solicitar al Juez de Control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente.
