{"id":13817,"date":"2018-02-24T01:26:50","date_gmt":"2018-02-24T06:26:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=1026"},"modified":"2018-02-24T01:26:50","modified_gmt":"2018-02-24T06:26:50","slug":"informa-fiscalia-general-sobre-hechos-ocurridos-en-santa-rosa","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/informa-fiscalia-general-sobre-hechos-ocurridos-en-santa-rosa","title":{"rendered":"Informa Fiscal\u00eda General sobre hechos ocurridos en Santa Rosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informa que derivado de los hechos suscitados hoy, en la Carretera Internacional, la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez puso a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico a tres personas, dos de las cuales son elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a los primeros datos, los hechos por los que se detuvieron a dichas personas ocurrieron esta tarde, aproximadamente a las 17:05 horas, sobre la carretera internacional 190, a la altura de la tienda comercial Bodega Aurrera de Santa Rosa, en donde algunas personas sufrieron da\u00f1os a sus veh\u00edculos y una result\u00f3 lesionada y posteriormente perdi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, se inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente para esclarecer los hechos y en su caso determinar la responsabilidad penal que corresponda.
