{"id":13815,"date":"2018-02-21T13:31:51","date_gmt":"2018-02-21T18:31:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=1019"},"modified":"2018-02-21T13:31:51","modified_gmt":"2018-02-21T18:31:51","slug":"en-la-cuenca-obtiene-fiscalia-general-vinculacion-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-homicidio","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/en-la-cuenca-obtiene-fiscalia-general-vinculacion-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-homicidio","title":{"rendered":"En la Cuenca, obtiene Fiscal\u00eda General vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de homicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Derivado del trabajo ministerial, pericial y de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de su Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca, dentro de la causa penal 33\/2018, vincul\u00f3 a proceso a G.M.G., J.P.L.G. y A.V.B., como probables responsables en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos sucedieron el 14 de febrero del a\u00f1o en curso, en la Ciudad de Tuxtepec, cuando el ahora occiso se encontraba en un bar, lugar en el que tambi\u00e9n se encontraban los imputados; presuntamente golpearon a la v\u00edctima, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones que ocasionaron el deceso. <\/p>\n<p>Por tales hechos la representaci\u00f3n social inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, recabando los elementos de prueba necesarios para ejercer la acci\u00f3n penal contra los imputados. <\/p>\n<p>El Juez de Garant\u00edas de la Ciudad de Tuxtepec dict\u00f3 vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso a los imputados G.M.G., J.P.L.G. y A.V.B., asimismo les impuso prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria. <\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado trabaja para combatir la impunidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":694,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13815","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13815","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13815"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13815"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13815"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13815"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
