{"id":13783,"date":"2018-01-02T20:58:36","date_gmt":"2018-01-03T01:58:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=917"},"modified":"2018-01-02T20:58:36","modified_gmt":"2018-01-03T01:58:36","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-probable-feminicida","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-probable-feminicida","title":{"rendered":"Logra Fiscal\u00eda General vincular a  proceso a probable feminicida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El d\u00eda de hoy, derivado del trabajo ministerial, pericial y de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso a presunto feminicida, dentro de la causa penal 72\/2017. <\/p>\n<p>Los hechos sucedieron el 25 de diciembre de 2017, en la poblaci\u00f3n de Santiago Amoltepec, Oaxaca, cuando el imputado hiri\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un objeto punzocortante, provoc\u00e1ndole la muerte. <\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda 26 de diciembre de 2017, personal de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, con los elementos de prueba necesarios, solicit\u00f3 ante el Juez la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la cual fue concedida en la misma fecha.<\/p>\n<p>En Santiago Amoltepec, el 27 de diciembre de 2017, Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n ejecutaron el mandato judicial, dejando al imputado a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy se celebr\u00f3 la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, en donde el Juez de Control vincul\u00f3 a proceso al imputado, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de internamiento preventivo.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado trabaja para combatir la impunidad en los casos que afectan a las mujeres por raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":694,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13783","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13783","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13783"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13783"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13783"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13783"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
