{"id":13775,"date":"2017-12-15T16:49:47","date_gmt":"2017-12-15T21:49:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=900"},"modified":"2017-12-15T16:49:47","modified_gmt":"2017-12-15T21:49:47","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-sentencia-condenatoria-por-los-delitos-de-violacion-violencia-familiar-y-maltrato-animal","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-sentencia-condenatoria-por-los-delitos-de-violacion-violencia-familiar-y-maltrato-animal","title":{"rendered":"Logra Fiscal\u00eda General sentencia condenatoria por los delitos de violaci\u00f3n, violencia familiar y maltrato animal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General Zona Centro, logr\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria por los delitos de violaci\u00f3n agravada, violencia familiar y maltrato animal.<\/p>\n<p>En el Tribunal de enjuiciamiento del Circuito Judicial de Valles Centrales, sede Ejutla, se dio lectura de la sentencia condenatoria en la causa penal 169\/2017 en donde se determin\u00f3 imponerle al sentenciado la pena de 20 a\u00f1os y 3 meses por el delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada, por el delito de violencia familiar 1 a\u00f1o 4 meses y 15 d\u00edas y, finalmente por el delito de maltrato animal 1 a\u00f1o con 4 meses y 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que es la primera sentencia condenatoria que se logra en el Estado por el delito de maltrato animal.
