{"id":13749,"date":"2017-10-30T13:01:32","date_gmt":"2017-10-30T18:01:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=773"},"modified":"2017-10-30T13:01:32","modified_gmt":"2017-10-30T18:01:32","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-tentativa-de-feminicidio","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-tentativa-de-feminicidio","title":{"rendered":"Logra Fiscal\u00eda General vincular a proceso por el delito de tentativa de feminicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado a trav\u00e9s de su Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso a J.C.G., por el delito de tentativa de feminicidio cometido en agravio de A.C.M. <\/p>\n<p>Los hechos sucedieron en la localidad de Santa Mar\u00eda Colotepec, Oaxaca, el d\u00eda 11 de octubre del presente a\u00f1o, cuando la v\u00edctima caminaba a su domicilio y fue agredida en diversas ocasiones con un arma blanca.<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda 11 de octubre del 2017, la Fiscal en Jefe de Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, solicit\u00f3 al Juez de Control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, misma que fue librada con esa propia fecha, radicada bajo el n\u00famero de la Causa Penal 364\/2017.  <\/p>\n<p>Derivado de lo anterior, el 27 de octubre del 2017 se logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado J.C.G.,  por el delito de tentativa de feminicidio, cometido en agravio de A.C.M., con 3 meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n, quedando internado en el Reclusorio de San Pedro Pochutla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":694,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13749","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13749","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13749"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13749"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13749"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13749"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
