{"id":13747,"date":"2017-10-28T13:27:05","date_gmt":"2017-10-28T18:27:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=771"},"modified":"2017-10-28T13:27:05","modified_gmt":"2017-10-28T18:27:05","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-vinculacion-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-violacion-agravada-2","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-vinculacion-a-proceso-por-el-delito-de-violacion-agravada-2","title":{"rendered":"Logra Fiscal\u00eda General vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Derivado del trabajo ministerial, pericial y de investigaci\u00f3n de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca, se logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado J.L.G.M., por el delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada, dentro de la causa penal 247\/2017.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos tuvieron lugar en la Comunidad de San Jos\u00e9 Tenango, Oaxaca, el d\u00eda 21 de octubre de este a\u00f1o, cuando el imputado con enga\u00f1os invit\u00f3 a su domicilio a la v\u00edctima para agredirla sexualmente.<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda martes 24 de octubre del a\u00f1o en curso, se desahog\u00f3 audiencia de control de legalidad de la detenci\u00f3n del imputado, en la que el Juez de control la calific\u00f3 de legal.<\/p>\n<p>El 26 de octubre, previa solicitud fundada de la Representaci\u00f3n Social, el Juez de Control dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra del imputado por su probable participaci\u00f3n en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada, concediendo el plazo de 3 meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria as\u00ed como la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":694,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13747","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13747","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13747"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13747"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13747"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13747"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
