{"id":13732,"date":"2017-10-05T14:23:28","date_gmt":"2017-10-05T19:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=740"},"modified":"2017-10-05T14:23:28","modified_gmt":"2017-10-05T19:23:28","slug":"reintegra-fiscalia-general-a-adolescente-con-su-familia","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/reintegra-fiscalia-general-a-adolescente-con-su-familia","title":{"rendered":"Reintegra Fiscal\u00eda General a adolescente con su familia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes,  el d\u00eda de hoy reintegr\u00f3 con su familia a la adolescente A.G.G.J. y su hija S.M.G.J., esto despu\u00e9s de haber iniciado la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por el delito de trata de personas en su modalidad de matrimonio forzado. <\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se suscitaron en la Regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca, los cuales fueron denunciados por parte de la ciudadana  O.G.J., el 17 de abril del a\u00f1o en curso. <\/p>\n<p>Luego de los trabajos coordinados se logr\u00f3 la recuperaci\u00f3n de la adolescente A.G.G.J. y su hija S.M.G.J., por el personal de la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, y se puso a las v\u00edctimas a disposici\u00f3n de la Unidad Especializada en Trata de Personas, hechos que se siguen investigando para determinar la existencia del delito.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":694,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13732","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13732","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13732"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13732"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13732"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13732"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
