{"id":13697,"date":"2017-07-27T20:17:24","date_gmt":"2017-07-28T02:17:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias"},"modified":"2017-07-27T20:17:24","modified_gmt":"2017-07-28T02:17:24","slug":"ejecuta-fiscalia-orden-de-aprehension-contra-probable-feminicida","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/ejecuta-fiscalia-orden-de-aprehension-contra-probable-feminicida","title":{"rendered":"Ejecuta Fiscal\u00eda orden de aprehensi\u00f3n  contra probable feminicida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Vice Fiscal\u00eda General Zona Centro y su Fiscal\u00eda de Tlacolula, ejecut\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n librada dentro de la causa penal 411\/2017, por el delito de feminicidio cometido en agravio de una ni\u00f1a de 13 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos investigados que generaron la acci\u00f3n penal, ocurrieron el d\u00eda 25 de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2016, en el paraje Cerro Peque\u00f1o perteneciente al n\u00facleo rural de Tierra Blanca, San Pablo G\u00fcila, Tlacolula, Oaxaca.<\/p>\n<p>La orden de aprehensi\u00f3n fue ejecutada el d\u00eda 26 de julio de este a\u00f1o, por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n del grupo de feminicidios. El aprehendido fue presentado ante el Juez de Control, para comunicarle imputaci\u00f3n por el delito de feminicidio.
