{"id":13693,"date":"2017-08-04T14:10:11","date_gmt":"2017-08-04T20:10:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/fiscaliageneral3\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=541"},"modified":"2017-08-04T14:10:11","modified_gmt":"2017-08-04T20:10:11","slug":"ejecuta-fiscalia-orden-de-aprehension-contra-probable-violador-de-puerto-escondido","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/ejecuta-fiscalia-orden-de-aprehension-contra-probable-violador-de-puerto-escondido","title":{"rendered":"Ejecuta Fiscal\u00eda orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra probable violador de Puerto Escondido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de su Comandancia de G\u00e9nero Regi\u00f3n Costa, ejecut\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n registrada en la causa penal 192\/2015, en contra de V.R.J., por el delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n, cometido en agravio de una ni\u00f1a en Puerto Escondido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derivado de lo anterior, personal ministerial, de investigaci\u00f3n y de servicios periciales trabajaron en la integraci\u00f3n de elementos probatorios para llevarlos ante el Juez de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cumplimiento al mandato judicial, el d\u00eda 2 de agosto del presente a\u00f1o, fue detenido V.R.J., en Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca.
