{"id":13684,"date":"2017-07-17T18:34:23","date_gmt":"2017-07-18T00:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias"},"modified":"2017-07-17T18:34:23","modified_gmt":"2017-07-18T00:34:23","slug":"ejecuta-fiscalia-orden-de-aprehension-contra-presunto-violador","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/ejecuta-fiscalia-orden-de-aprehension-contra-presunto-violador","title":{"rendered":"Ejecuta Fiscal\u00eda orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra presunto violador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span dir=\"LTR\">Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n del Grupo Divisi\u00f3n G\u00e9nero Costa, adscritos a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de P.B.F., \u00a0como presunto responsable en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada, en perjuicio de U.R.M.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span dir=\"LTR\">Derivado de las investigaciones y la correcta integraci\u00f3n de elementos de prueba, el Juez de Control de Puerto Escondido libr\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, dentro de la causa penal 30\/2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span dir=\"LTR\">En cumplimiento de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, el d\u00eda 16 de julio del presente a\u00f1o, fue detenido P.B.F., en la Carretera Costera, en Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca.
