{"id":13680,"date":"2017-07-13T21:35:21","date_gmt":"2017-07-14T03:35:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias"},"modified":"2017-07-13T21:35:21","modified_gmt":"2017-07-14T03:35:21","slug":"investiga-fiscalia-danos-a-cajero-en-el-mercado-la-merced","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/investiga-fiscalia-danos-a-cajero-en-el-mercado-la-merced","title":{"rendered":"Investiga Fiscal\u00eda da\u00f1os a cajero  en el mercado \u201cLa Merced\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de su Direcci\u00f3n de Averiguaciones Previas y Procesos, inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 1909\/D.F.\/Z.C.\/2017, por los hechos ocurridos en el estacionamiento del mercado \u201cLa Merced\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos tuvieron lugar la madrugada de hoy, 13 de julio, donde se vio da\u00f1ado el cajero autom\u00e1tico propiedad del Grupo Financiero Banco Mercantil del Norte (BANORTE).<\/p>\n<p>Al lugar acudi\u00f3 la autoridad ministerial en compa\u00f1\u00eda de elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones y peritos especializados en materia de planimetr\u00eda, criminal\u00edstica e incendio y explosivos, para realizar los ex\u00e1menes correspondientes que determinen la causa de los da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Los peritos determinaron que, lo que ocasion\u00f3 dichos da\u00f1os fue un artefacto explosivo y no incendiario, con ello se descarta la utilizaci\u00f3n de una bomba de las denominadas \u201cmolotov\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General, continuar \u00e1 con la investigaci\u00f3n hasta esclarecer lo sucedido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13680","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13680","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13680"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13680"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13680"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13680"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
