{"id":13653,"date":"2017-06-01T10:01:36","date_gmt":"2017-06-01T16:01:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=321"},"modified":"2017-06-01T10:01:36","modified_gmt":"2017-06-01T16:01:36","slug":"sobre-los-hechos-en-asuncion-ixtaltepec-la-fiscalia-general","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/sobre-los-hechos-en-asuncion-ixtaltepec-la-fiscalia-general","title":{"rendered":"Sobre los hechos en Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec, la Fiscal\u00eda General"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de su Vice Fiscal\u00eda Regional en el Istmo de Tehuantepec, realiza las investigaciones y peritajes correspondientes, como parte de la Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n que se inici\u00f3 en contra de quien o quienes resulten responsables, por los hechos ocurridos la ma\u00f1ana del 1 de junio en la comunidad de Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec, Juchit\u00e1n, en los que perdi\u00f3 la vida una persona, y otra m\u00e1s result\u00f3 herida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En los hechos, result\u00f3 herido por disparo de arma de fuego en un hombro, el Presidente Municipal de Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec, Oscar Toral R\u00edos. Fue internado en un hospital de la regi\u00f3n, y se reporta que las heridas que presenta no ponen en riesgo su vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el lugar de los hechos, perdi\u00f3 la vida el escolta del Presidente Municipal, quien respondi\u00f3 al nombre de Cristian de Jes\u00fas Valdivieso, adscrito a la cuarta delegaci\u00f3n regional de la Polic\u00eda Auxiliar, Bancaria, Industrial y Comercial de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personal de la Vice Fiscal\u00eda Regional y de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones, contin\u00faa en el lugar recabando indicios para el esclarecimiento de estos hechos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":32,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-13653","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/13653","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13653"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13653"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13653"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=13653"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
