B.,  por su probable responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de HOMICIDIO CALIFICADO CON VENTAJA,  cometido en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de ISRAEL R. M.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron el 23 de febrero del a\u00f1o 2016, en el Bar Mita, ubicado en Loma Bonita, Oaxaca; cuando el imputado hiri\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima quien fue trasladada al hospital comunitario de Loma Bonita donde minutos m\u00e1s tarde falleci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Por este hecho, Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n detuvieron a ALEJANDRO H.
